#166 - Chapter 12 Black Hand
In Winterfell, Stark organized hunting trips in the Wolfswood every day to cater to the king's preferences. Many neighboring Northern nobles came to participate. King Robert was having a great time, and the woman sleeping with him changed every night.
Among the crowd seeing them off, Sansa kept staring at Joffrey. Arya was a little depressed. She originally thought that when her teacher returned, he could take her out hunting, but she still had to stay in the castle. Liu Yuan was also quite helpless. He was not interested in hunting ordinary prey. He had a great time in the wild not long ago, killing three White Walkers and more than 500 wight servants. He had also wreaked havoc on various wild animals along the way.
But Robert recognized him, the knight he had personally knighted. Perhaps it was because of the former Minister of Finance, or perhaps he liked promoting young people, he insisted on dragging him along. In this situation, Eddard didn't even bring Bran, let alone a girl like Arya. Liu Yuan glanced at the city wall. There were an unusual number of crows today: "Bah~ Bad luck."
Not long after the team set off, Arya, feeling a little out of sorts, prepared to vent her anger on Bran, taking it out on her younger brother.
But Bran was not stupid. He directly stuffed Rickon into her arms, and then slipped away with 'Summer', leaving Arya behind, angrily cursing and Rickon giggling foolishly.
Seemingly guided by something, Bran, who was originally going to the godswood, came to the broken tower again. He stretched his arms and legs, and nimbly began to climb. His movements were agile, like a light butterfly.
But unnoticed, a touch of green gradually moved up along the broken tower. If someone looked closely, it was actually newly grown moss, as if it had been there for a long time.
Soon Bran climbed to the top of the tower. Just as he was about to look into the distance, he seemed to hear a woman moaning below. Out of curiosity, he clung to the stone edge and flipped over to the windowsill.
Suddenly his eyes widened. Inside were the Queen and his brother, Ser Jaime Lannister, their clothes disheveled. Although he didn't understand what was going on, his intuition told him he should run.
But Jaime was faster, grabbing his collar. He also asked him some inexplicable questions, such as how old are you? Bran's little head couldn't understand what he meant.
"The gods know what I've done for love!" Suddenly, Ser Jaime pushed Bran's chest hard. This man was actually trying to push him off the tower.
The huge force sent Bran flying backwards, but he had been trained by Liu Yuan for a long time, and he reacted quickly, reaching out his right hand and firmly grabbing Jaime's wrist. Then he lifted his leg and kicked Jaime's knee, using this force to pull both of them out of the window.
It was only because Jaime's physical fitness was strong that he managed to stop the momentum. His left hand tightly gripped the window, so he was not pulled out.
Bran adjusted his posture in mid-air and lightly landed on a wooden beam next to him. At this moment, a strange scene appeared. The originally pitted wooden beam was actually covered with moss. And it was unusually slippery. Bran actually slipped and fell.
In a panic, he reached out and grabbed the vines on the tower, but the seemingly tough vines suddenly broke. Bran's body uncontrollably broke a wooden beam. He suddenly felt dizzy and almost fainted. Bran subconsciously reached out and grabbed the bricks on the tower, but only tore off a large piece of moss. Bran was very surprised. He was sure that there was absolutely no moss when he came up. With this doubt, Bran fell heavily to the ground.
Jaime didn't expect that he was almost tricked by a child, and almost fell down himself. He hesitated whether to go down and clean up the mess, but Bran, who had fallen under the tower, was already seriously injured and unconscious. The little wolf Summer began to howl desperately, seemingly alarming the servants of the distant castle.
Jaime had no better way and had to take Cersei and flee the scene quickly. The servants of Winterfell also arrived, and they discovered Bran who had fallen from the tower. They began to shout for help, and the scene was chaotic.
But no one noticed that a crow fluttered its wings and flew up, and soon disappeared into the flock of crows.

A javelin streaked across and hit a running wild boar. A warhorse galloped past, and the knight on the horse reached out and pulled out the javelin, raising it high: "Teacher, you are amazing! Another wild boar, we are sure to win today." This person was Jon. Soon a servant came forward to drag away the prey.
Liu Yuan asked: "I heard Benjen say that you are going to the Wall?"
Jon was silent: "I'm sorry, Teacher."
Liu Yuan: "You don't need to say sorry to me. You have all grown up and have the right to choose your own future path. This time I will go south with the King's team, and I probably won't return to the North. After you go back, bring your sword. I will reforge it for you..."
"Doo... Doo doo~!" A shrill horn sounded in the distance, and everyone turned their attention there.
After a while, a Northern cavalry galloped over. He said to Liu Yuan: "Ser Gallon, something happened in Winterfell. The King has ordered the end of the hunting activity. Lord Stark has already returned first, and Robb Stark asked me to notify you."
Liu Yuan asked: "What happened? What happened in the city?"
The soldier said: "Sorry, Ser, I only heard that something happened to the young lord. I don't know exactly which one."
Liu Yuan: "Jon and I will rush back first, and you will bring the prey back later. Jon, let's go, drive~!" Liu Yuan and Jon galloped away, and soon turned back to the hunter's path. Winterfell was already far in sight.
After entering the Hunter's Gate, it was obvious that the atmosphere here was very tense. Throwing the reins to the approaching stable apprentice, Liu Yuan asked: "What exactly happened in the city?"
The stable apprentice looked around and whispered: "Ser, while you were out hunting, Bran fell from the broken tower. He is still unconscious, and Maester Luwin and Maester Colemon are treating him."
Liu Yuan said to the back: "Jon, you go to the main castle, they may need you there. John, right! Send my horse and equipment back." Then he took off his cloak and bow and arrows and hung them on the horse, and threw a silver stag to him.
Liu Yuan walked towards the North Gate. Although the broken tower and the main fort were not far apart, he had to go around the armory and crypt to get there. The Stark soldiers guarding there gave way. There were already many people here, leaving a space under the broken tower.
At this moment, Benjen was squatting on the ground checking the traces. Liu Yuan walked over. There was a not shallow dent on the ground, and there was a lot of blood around it. Poor child, this fall must have been very heavy.
